      yo. Idk if bug. But is it normal that the faktion occuping the fort can shot us through the aetheric field and not the attackin faktion ? Its too easy for them so. Or is it normal ?

      it is indeed intended for defending players to shoot through the aetheric field. And yes, it is also intended for attacking players to be unable to shoot through the field. Intended by retail, to be precise.
      There should be spots at each gate, where defending players shouldn't be able, or at most have difficulties, to attack players standing there.
