Cannot connect to authorized server

    Hi, I just downloaded the game and followed all the steps it said but when I load it up and type in my account and PW it says after a few seconds of delay that I cannot connect to the authorized server. I checked my firewall and it is fine, any suggestions on how to fix this?

    this is a bit odd, usually the firewall is the problem. But Ryou told me you told her you are executing the game as administrator? If so, please don't. :D
    We will talk about that later internal and hopefully will find a solution.

  • It turns out I let the wrong aion app through the firewall, I cant seem to find Beyond Aion to allow that through the firewall.. since the shortcut is a windows command load up it is not an application, do you know how to allow it through?
