The NPC Kales has a quest named "The Snuffler Headache" that requires three quest item drops but despite killing 20+ of the right mobs I didn't get a single drop which seems to be a bug.
Also the NPC Melampus can't be interacted with, the game just says "you are too far to have a conversation" no matter how close you stand to him.
EDIT: also the quest [Group] Reducing Tursin Strength in Verteron gets stuck on the step where you eliminate Tursin Trackers indefinitely, there's no count or goal amount of mobs killed and it 'updates' after every kill without ever actually getting finished.
