A violation of the rules must be reported here in the support area via a ticket with clear evidence. Upon infringements in the forum, you use the forum-internal reporting function.

Every report has to fulfill the following criteria:

• the in game time must be visible on screenshots and in videos at least once
  
• the evidence must not be edited
  
• the rule violation took place in the last 3 days
  
• hacks like "No-Ani" must be recorded as video with visible batlle-log in the chat
